The property is an excellent condition. Great view. Friendly and helpful staff. Even though we left at 3:00 am, they packed our breakfast

Lovely hotel in Sathorn with a fantastic pool

Loved everything about the Chatrium Sathorn. The room was huge with a great view of the surrounding area. The pool was fantastic and lovely and refreshing and really nicely laid out with plenty of loungers and planting. The gym was huge and very well equipped. Breakfast (which was included in my room rate) was lovely with a good choice. The staff really made the place though - always helpful and smiling. The only (slight) downside is that the hotel is a way away from the nearest BTS but there is a free shuttle service.

Family visit

feeling good with friendly staff around, except the bed is too soft for couple, not comfortable and disturbing with just a slight movement.

The Chatrium is a large complex with all the facilities required while staying in Bangkok. The breakfast was very disappointing and one that I would suggest to have a second thought if having breakfast included. I would rate the breakfast buffet 2 out 5 star.
The distance to the rail network is not within walking distance but rather a 15 - 20min taxi ride from the Hotel.
