Good hospitality hotel

Good location and service
The rooms were still as good and clean as I remembered in my last day. The gym was under maintenance but they offered alternative location next door at Hilton Sukhumvit Bangkok.
Staff are very friendly and welcoming. All of them can speak english which make this place friendly to most international travellers.
Location is near the Prom Phrong BTS (5 mins walk).
Overall, I will recommend this Hotel to all other HH member. They offered late checkout and room upgrade as part my status recognition which is awesome.

Cream and chef May went out of their way
Cream, one of the servers, picked up on it without me having to explain twice. She passed it on to the kitchen, and chef May prepared a generous fresh fruit platter for me — not once, but on both mornings, without me asking.
It's a small thing, but it made a real difference. Thank you both.
