Convenient location

Quite big and bright room with comfortable bed, pillows, 2 bottles of water (free), teapot, free coffee, tea and sugar in the room, good WIFI signal in the room, air conditioner worked bad- do not coold the air whatever low temperature you set and I stayed in the room # 503 it is immediately under rooftop therefore there was hot in the room.
The hotel has convenient location- 2 min. from BTS Phom Phong station. You should go to exit 1,2 first and than you need exit 6, down stairs than 20 meters ahead then turn to the right and 10 meters ahead on the right side will be the reception of My Hotel Herrity.

Microwaved Burger

No seasoning, didn't even taste like beef.
Beef was mushy like it was minced 15 times.
Food came out in less than 5 minutes, Burger was about 1" thick bulging in the middle which means the Chef was lazy and put it in the microwave.
WHY DO THEY PUT LETTUCE AND TOMATO under the meat... So the juices WATERBOARD.. off? In this case there were no juices coz they all leaked out on to the plate while being Nuked.
Also WHY GLUE THE TOP BUN WITH THE CHEESE? I LIKE TO PUT MUSTARD/MAYO AND KETCHUP ON... now the cheese is stuck to top bun not distributing the condiments.
Ruined my day with such sub standard mediocre food.

Worse Curry Ever

Had the Roghan Josh Curry.
Came with pilau rice was a cheap broken rice and not seasoned. Give me basmatti and skip the beer. What's a curry without Basmatti Rice?
Onion Bhaji was a grease laden bomb.Ditch the bahji and give me a whole piece of Naan.
1/2 piece Naan bread?
Curry was bland, lacking Anything Indian.
No hint of ginger, garlic, cumin, cardamom... Etc...
If you can't do it right, then do another promotion. Ruined my whole evening.
Came with a bottle of beer.

Rude Staff, Stinky Place

Stopped in to this place that used to be across to road from current location. Used to have bread pudding that was quite good. No longer on menu, so had apple crumble instead. Told waitress I didn’t need the ice cream that came with it. I thought it very reasonable to ask for a very small discount since I passed on the ice cream, some rude guy working there refused, very rudely. That’s the last time I go there. Plus, the place stunk and the bathrooms were hard to find and unclean. Surprised the place still exists, actually.

Average Experience but Beer Nice and Cold

Herrity’s has accommodations as well as a pub. This review is for the pub only.
I went to Herrity’s with my husband on a Sunday afternoon for lunch and a couple of beer. It had a nice atmposphere (authentic pub look and feel, lots of wood) and conveniently located downtown by Bangkok’s skytrain BTS at Phrom Pong station as well as the Emporium and Emquarter malls. There were TVs on with sports as well as music playing. The air conditioning worked well, nice break from the heat.
We had a bucket of 5 bottled beer for 450 baht (you can select which beer), we also had the sausage platter, onion rings and French fries. The food and service was average at best but the beer was nice and cold. I think it’s time to change the oil in the fryers and the sausages were more along the lines of the long skinny not short fat polish type.
The women’s washroom had toilet paper, but needs a good clean as well as soap added to the dispenser.
Enjoyable but average. In a pinch I’d go again for a beer but I wouldn’t go out of my way or fuss about going again.
