Centrally located, with personalised hospitality

The excellent homemade breakfast was very authentic and different everyday. Mr. M was extremely kind with many helpful with tips for our stay. The rooms were basic but nice, however some rooms having a separate sink area to the toilet, not enough hooks or shelves in the bathrooms, the shower never getting hot enough to be comfortable and the sofa bed not being quite fit for purpose (the mattress slid off multiple times in the night), were issues that did make our stay a little less comfortable.
Having said this, the amazing breakfast for us more than made up for the minor room issues and the location was conveniently close to the temples.

Em makes excellent breakfast. Very helpful. Helped us get settled into the area, gave us great tips. Great location too.

Friendly welcome and nice neigborhood

Very friendly welcome by Em (very early in the morning ) who served us a nice breakfast two dats in a row. Decent rooms. Wonderful neighborhood. Happy to return in a few days after roadtripping.

Disappointed by the noise

We stayed 5 nights room 04 of this small hotel very well placed for visiting the main things to see in Bangkok.
Breakfast is very good as Thai dishes that changes every day very attentive and efficient personal.
But this hotel is all wooden and very poorly soundproofed you can hear its neighbors of rooms snoring etc but the worst is the important outside noises.
People ate in the street but make noise until very late so hard to fall asleep and all rooms overlook road pity.

great little boutique hotel. Our host was so hospitable and the room was perfect for a one night stay. out of the hustle and bustle of the city, it was a calming way to end our vacation.
