An exceptional stay with Louis, Francophone manager
exceptional at Princess Hotel Pathuwan in Bangkok. The location is great, close to the BTS and shopping malls, making outings and shopping incredibly convenient.
Above all, we were pleasantly surprised by the offer of upgrade to a suite with all-inclusive lounge access: premium comfort, attentive service and a real feeling of “more” upon arrival.
A big thank you also to Louis, the Francophone manager: professional, available, and with little care. Thanks to him, the experience was perfectly fluid. I recommend without hesitation! ✨

Top-Notch Hotel and Staff Trapped in a Low-End Location
The Good: The location is extremely convenient, the lounge is great, and every staff member we encountered was very nice and helpful. The interior hardware and service are definitely high-standard.
The Bad: The nearby MBK Center is a total mismatch. It feels too low-end and noisy, which completely clashes with the hotel's elegant vibe and lowers the overall class of the stay.
