Fantastic Stay in a Spacious Loft!
Our two-bedroom loft was great! It was spacious, spotless, and super close to the station. We especially appreciated the daily cleaning service – the room was tidied, beds made, and fresh towels provided every day. The staff were also incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Me & Wife choose for Location, we booked for standard room, hotel gave us 8th floor, room no. 801, room was too small no wardrobe only one steel bar with 3 hangers, bath room basin bowl smaller than my hand palm, room was too noisy from water pump and rode noise, when ever water usage from others room, water pump kick start, we cannot sleep the whole night.
We booked for 6 nights, we stay only one night, we left the hotel with no refund. Please don't stay on 8th floor. If you are choosing for Rose Apple Hotel, please consider room are too small and too noisy.

Booked 4 nights because of good reviews but ended up very disappointed. Kids were happy with the bunk bed but the bathtub was stained badly. The anti slip mats given were stained too. What's worse is that there were no proper shower so we have to tip toe and shower with the small and short shower head. The toilet also has a very strong drain smell. The design od the room is also such that the opposite building can see into the space between the toilet and room which I felt very unsafe. Lastly, there is a loud sound whenever we open the door connecting to the toilet, which scares my kids. Wanted to leave after one night but the manager was not working on Sunday. Spent more than 4 hours dealing with Trip customer service and the hotel on refunding us the remaining nights. Honestly, staff were ok and not rude. Just that the hotel and Trip just provided an inefficient way of canceling our stay

The hotel is conveniently located next to a department store and along the main road, just a quick 5-minute walk from the BTS station. The room is clean and cozy, with a soft bed, cold air conditioning, and a small TV. Free high-speed WiFi is available, which is a plus. Basic toiletries like shampoo and soap are provided, along with body towels and shower caps, though there’s no toothbrush, toothpaste, or shaving kit.
For convenience, there’s a coffee set, a kettle, and two bottles of water. A self-laundry service is also available right in front of the hotel, which is handy. However, the room is on the smaller side (under 30 sq.m.), feeling a bit cramped for the price. Additionally, soundproofing could be improved – I noticed significant noise from the department store's restocking between 10 p.m. and midnight, and hallway noise is also noticeable. The bathroom is quite compact, making it a bit uncomfortable.
Overall, it’s a decent stay if location is your priority, but be prepared for some noise and limited space.
