I have stayed at Samran Place every time since 2005 when it opened. It is amazing to see the constant improvements and updates they made to the hotel. The staff has consistently stayed excellent whether front desk or cleaning or cooking staff or management. They also have a very good restaurant downstairs that operates from lunch time on. t is always a very pleasant stay and whenever I go to Bangkok I plan on staying there. The BTS Rachathewi station is only 5 minute walk and Siam square is only 15 minute walk if you want to brave the heat and not take the BTS. Very centrally located. For the next few years it seems there will be a lot of construction in front of the hotel on Petcheburi Road as the ever expanding great public transportation system expands--currently the underground Metro construction is going on. I did NOT hear construction noise in my room and construction is during work hours only. Again I enjoyed my stay and many thanks to management and staff for making stay so pleasant.

They are willing to help and solve the problem. My room could not charge, and I told the front desk. They eventually helped me change my room, and solve the issue.

There were road works nearby during my stay, but I was able to check in early and the room was really spacious.

Good location: less than 10 min walk to the subway station.
Some insects in the room maybe because of the humidity?

staff are professional and friendly. hotel is also located 5 mins walk away from nearest BTS station, however location is quite near and accessible to many locations in bkk. however, it will be better if the aircon in the room is not directly blowing onto one of the beds in hotel.
