Great Value for Budget Traveler

I stayed in the Deluxe King Room, and for the price I paid, it’s an absolute steal. The room is spacious, spotless and feels fantastic for the price.
The ground-floor common area is a highlight. It’s cozy and perfect for digital nomads like me. They offer free coffee and tea, and there’s a microwave and what looks like a shared fridge (though I didn’t use it myself).
The location is excellent. It’s within walking distance to IconSiam, making it very convenient for exploring and perfect base before I go to my next hotel.
I did check out the rooftop based on other reviews, but honestly, the view was nothing special. That didn’t affect my stay at all, so no big deal.
A big shout-out to Alex at reception. She’s incredibly friendly, courteous, and always a pleasure to interact with. She really made the stay feel welcoming.
One small feedback: The room slippers are a nice touch for this price point, but they’re very slippery.
Overall, this hotel is a perfect choice for budget travelers. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff. Convenient to ICONSIAM and River front cruises. Easy walk to everything you need for a nice stay.

Everything was perfect, warm atmosphere , quiet as well as the welcome, adorable staff, cleanliness of the place and room nothing to say, kitchen , tea coffee at our disposal , nice collective terrace on the top floor, we will definitely return.Thank you!

Excelente atención,.muy buena ubicación, las camas son muy cómodas. Alex nos ha ayudado en todo lo que precisamos haciendo la estadía más cómoda y grata.

Excellent service, very good location, the beds are very comfortable. Alex has helped us with everything we needed, making our stay more comfortable and pleasant.
As far as I know they don't give breakfast

Excellent staff and location. A very good option in Bangkok

Excellent hotel, the location is perfect, and the staff, specially Alex, superb. Some of the rooms haven’t windows but are big and comfortable. It’s near the river so you can take the public boat for transportation. The price/ quality relationship is very good.
