Beautiful peaceful and chilled place in the center

I stayed in Hillda house for more than a month. Normally I change my hotel every few days to see something new but here I just couldn't leave. The room is bright and well-sized, the bed is incredibly comfortable and the Aircon works really well and always provides a good climate. Besides the house has a great location right in the center but it's totally quiet. No traffic, nothing. Downstairs is a little coffee shop and an area to sit and relax. When you want to go out they have a bicycle that you can use. And last but not least the owners are so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is always relaxed and positive. I recommend.

Cheap and Funky

Yes, it was only $15/night and yes, the sheets were clean. Beyond that, the room is tiny, the ac marginal and the hole in the bathroom floor stuffed with steel wool to keep out ???? was disconcerting. There was also no soap.
If you’re nearly broke, you can get by for a night here. If you can spend a bit more, look elsewhere.

Absolutely amazing!

We stayed there for three nights and I would absolutely recommend this hotel. The Location is great. You could walk to every attraction! The bathroom is clean and the room is nice. Really comfortable bed. The owners are so friendly and helpful. There is always cold free water in the fridge! And the price is totally fair.

Excellent stay at a clean modern guesthouse

I had an excellent stay here. The staff at reception we're very friendly and checking in and out for my one night stay was easy. The guesthouse is on a quiet road with a café opposite and small local restaurant nextdoor. The room I stayed in was clean and modern with a large comfy bed. A great place to stay, especially for the price.
The only bad point I would say was that the room had a slight mildew/mould smell. However, this went quite quickly once the air-conditioning was turned on.
I'd recommend staying here.

Comfy and clean room

Our driver struggled a bit to find the place.
Very little stream of water from shower.
The room was clean, and bed comfy.
It was OK for our 1 night transiting from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, and it was good value for money.
