Great hotel

I had a very nice stay at this hotel in Chiang Mai. Nice room/balcony. The owner was friendly and attentive, taking the time to explain how to use the key cards. The rooms were clean, and fresh bottled water was provided regularly. Good location. I would definitely recommend

not impressed

we arrived to a dour receptionist who challenged my lack of Travel Visa and then tried to " gaslight " me by saying " because of COVID they only accepted cash when "cashless" was and has been the protocol .
then she told me that Breakfast was not included when it clearly stated it was on my Booking.com reservation.
that's OK because breakfast which began at 9am and consisted of instant coffee and nothing else I could see. the title of Bistro in their Name was a mirage.
the room was OK with a balcony, but security access was locked gates with barely working electronics. We stayed one night and checked into a much nicer place down the street.

excellent location, stay here for the location, not the restaurant bar

This is primarily for the rest/bar; dark narrow interior, a bit small, good coffee, has limited breakfast menu and only 4 items on the regular menu, makes you wonder if they have a kitchen, staff a bit pushy on drinks, modern decor but doesn't overcome the negatives ;
the prices they ask are in line with the location, which is excellent; ask for a room off the busy road to avoid the road noise

An amazing place!

This hotel is wonderful! The rooms are big, has very comfortable beds and a big bathtub. This place has better service than my 4 star resort. The staff is super friendly and help you with everything. I also really liked my balcony! I didn’t even realized that my breakfast was included but it was super delicious. The location was perfect, it close by the markets, restaurants , bars and a few sightseeing places. I can’t complain about anything because the staff went out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible!

Excellent stay, wish I could have stayed longer

Excellent, friendly staff, excellent room with a very comfortable bed which I spend most of my two nights in recovering from jet lag. Excellent balcony as well. Special thanks to the staff member who showed me how to use Grab to get a ride to the airport.
