Amazing hotel close to local amenities. The hotel itself was clean and spacious with everything you need on hand from laundry to cafe, clean swimming pool. The staff were super helpful and arranged a day trip with private taxi for us very last min. The chiang mai boxing stadium is across the road so this was handy. Also lots of shops including 7/11 and Topps nearby plus lots of restaurants and street food. I will definitely return!

The staff put my medicine in the freezer instead of the refrigerator as I asked them to do three times. They froze my medicine and ruined it completely. I had to go rest of my trip without my medicine and lost $300+worth of medicine. They offered an apology, and nothing more. My medicine was worth more than the cost for the nights spent there. Be careful with asking for extra help.

The staff were very nice and the room was comfortable. Liked having a refrigerator. The location was not very convenient for easy access to old town so would choose something closer next time.

Nice short stay- be aware of privacy.

We had a 4 night stay here in Isty Hotel. I will review different elements of the hotel.
Room: We had a standard double room. The bed was very hard and not that comfortable. However the room was spacious and cleaned daily. The room also had a safe.
Food: We had breakfast on two mornings. One morning we had pancakes and then another morning we had omelettes/french toast. The food was good and reasonably priced.
There was also lots of tea/coffee/apple juice/orange juice which was complementary.
Staff: We had an issue with two young male members of staff who entered our room whilst one of us was on our own. There was no knock or doorbell, which was a shock, especially as it was a female alone in the room.
It transpired that they had lost a phone, but the upsetting part was that they stood beside our safe. We had no issue opening the safe and showing the contents, but this raised many questions: why were you on your phone in our room? Why did you assume it was in our safe? Why enter our room without any knock?
This incident really made us doubt the level of privacy we had. I raised this with the manager, and the member of staff did apologise. We were later informed by reception staff that the phone was found in another room, again raising the question of why staff are using phones in guests’ rooms.
Pool area: The pool are is nice and clean. It’s quite small however it is very shaded and only certain areas of the pool only get sun between 10am-2pm. It would be more ideal if the pool was on the roof area. The roof area is nice with bean bags/chairs however the bar did not seem to function.
Location: convenient location.

Room was nice, comfortable, staff was hospitable and accommodating. Facility was clean. The coffee shop was awesome. Would definitely recommend the place to others. It was so close to everything we wanted to do. It allowed us to do a lot of walking around the entire city.
