Clean and comfortable, central location

Very nice hotel. The room had a high standard. Everything was clean and comfortable. Central location but not in a noisy area.
We ordered with breakfast and are very happy with it. Good breakfast and access to drinks and snacks else in the stay.

Lovely place with a lovely staff

I had a lovely time at this hotel. Stayed here for one week in late January.
The staff is super friendly and helpful - anything you need to know, just ask!
The room was really nice, clean and everything in order.
Loved the breakfast - its mainly Thai Food, with some bread and jam if you need the western style.
I would love to come back here next year during my January stay.
The only thing I would want them to fix is the doors to the rooms - they close too hard due to the automatic closer on top of the doors, and it shuts with a bang, that woke me up a few times ( I go to bed early).

Gorgeous hotel in the Old City

Nice recent hotel located in a great location in Chiang Mai. We had booked a standard room and were given a suite with a hydromassage tub, an ultra-technological toilet complete with remote control and, the jewel in the crown, a large terrace with a private pool. Spectacular! The furnishings are modern, the room has large windows, therefore very bright, the bathroom has a large shower with rain shower head and built-in light and the bed is very comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful, we had a couple of unforeseen issues that the guys at the reception resolved for us within a few minutes, very professional and super efficient. The breakfast was excellent and a large fridge where you can get free water, juice and much more 24 hours a day is very convenient. We rented a scooter through the hotel which was promptly delivered to us and at an excellent price. I highly recommend this facility both for its location close to the temples in the old city and for the staff who we thank again for helping and pampering us...

Modern and comfortable

Stayed for five nights. Lots of space in the room. Modern and well designed. The bed was comfortable.
I was surprised at the variety of options for the provided breakfast, which included local cooked dishes as well toast, cereal and fresh fruit.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
I would highly recommend Nanee Old City House.
