Feels like home
The interior if lobby is so great. Very neat.
The room we used is also great. I can easily sleep on their bed like after 5mins. Lol.
The staff are also helpful. We also see the owner, shes very nice. She gave us keychains!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Nice quiet location. Clean rooms with good shower. NON existent breakfast, advertised breakfast included. Rude, psycho owner. Our balcony was broken due to rust fatigue and poor maintenance. Tried to blame us for it. Police called and agreed with us, but this didn't stop her screaming and shouting at everyone. Our last day in Chiang Mai was ruined because of her!! Certainly would never recommend

Psycho Owner Phones Police to Try & Con Money from You! Shouts like Crazy, Ordered us CANCEL Our Flight!! DONT STAY HERE
Bad: Although a shower, it must have got to over 70c and burnt me! Incredibly dangerous, especially for children.
Owner Makes you take off your shoes before entering the hotel yet she doesn't!!!
Owner Is a total Psychopath!! She treats her one staff like poop and constantly shouts and belittles her! The owner called police on us because I fell through their poorly maintained rusted AF balcony!!! Instead of apologising, she shouted at us to cancel our flight back home and that I must pay damages to her hotel "we "damaged! She called the police and we had to go to the station. they said she was speaking out of her bum!! 100% her fault, yet she still blames us. Apparently, she tried to con some other guests as well!! All of this ruined our final day in Chiang Mai as we had to sort out all of this!
Good: Location isn't bad, The One and only staff, a Burmese girl, was nice. Room was not bad. Good shower

Breakfast included is a JOKE unless you want boiled rice.... managed to get a bit of egg the first day with a frankfurter thanks to the Burmese girl! Owner gets NOTHING ready and doesn't want to pay money for the included breakfast! DON'T EVER STAY HERE!!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! OWNER IS A TOTAL PSYCHO!! She has one Burmese staff who does EVERYTHING who she treats like sh*t!! Shouting and belittling her! She also called police on us because of their poor maintained balcony. I had an accident and she said it was all our fault!!! She blamed me for walking on a balcony!!!!! REDICULOUS!

This is a very small hotel.
Stayed in the double room upstairs.
Spacious room, with comfortable bed.
Linen excellent.
Breakfast was fine but limited - very Thai, tasty.
Internet was good.
Good shower.
In this room you look directly into neighbouring homes, so for any privacy one must close the curtains. This makes the room quite dark.
Communication was a little challenging due to language differences, staff not always being accessible and poor responses from messaging.

Would stay again!
Staff were friendly and very helpful! No communication issues. The hotel itself is beautifully styled, clean and felt like home.
Hairdryer, toiletries, towels and water all included.
Great location! Close to the markets, temples, airport, night bazaar.
Great breakfast too - don’t expect traditional breakfasts, it’s more like a hot lunch, a side dish and some fruit, it’s delicious!
Only bad thing was a bug issues. We had a trail of small ants living in our shower. Not really an issue for us as they were out of the way and didnt go anywhere except the shower wall. It looked like they were coming from the window so I’m not really sure staff could do anything about it.
Also LOTS of mosquitos in the hotel. Difficult to avoid with people entering / exiting the building in the evenings, plus mosquitos coming in when you use the balcony. Again not the hotels fault but we did get eaten alive unfortunately!
I haven’t voted down for this as I don’t feel the hotel could have done much about it, they cannot control the bugs!
