Hotel, apartment, near airport

It’s simply 3 storeys building with 10 rooms on each floor, it’s for monthly rent and also hotel. It’s no lifts so have to walkup and down, hotel itself is about 200 meters from main street , Mahidol road. It’s quite quiet at night, and it is isolated from community. The room is clean. There is small fridge, closet for your colthes but no hanging sticks, Mattress and cushions are soft but there are placed on floor so it’ s not good for people who have problem with their knees. It’s good for short overnight transit for ealy morning flight or late night flight. It may be a little bit noisy when the tenants come back ftom their routine work in the evening so please request for room on high floor.

Disappointing but convenient

We stayed at this hotel numerous times a few years ago.
We were very sad to return & it appears to be under new management.
The office & shop have gone. There were no signs to even indicate it was the right place. We arrived by 7:30pm but there was no one there, just our key near the “office” door.
The room was not very clean.
The little table hasn’t been wiped down.
Although the sheets & towels did seem clean.
There was also a lot of water damage on the walls as well as dirty patches on the walls.
However the hot shower worked great, the fan cooled the room down.
There are 20 baht washing machines as well as a dryer & a reverse osmosis water machine.
It was an easy walk to the airport.
The funny thing is that when it was really good it was only 200 baht a night but now it’s not as good it’s 300 or 400 baht per night.
We’d probably stay again as it is convenient for the airport but it would be great if those things could be improved such as room cleanliness & repaint.

You get what you pay for... I think!

I paid approx £9 to stay in this room for one night. It did the job for that night but the bed was extremely uncomfortable. You are literally lying on a bed of concrete. The shower was cold too. Although I did have a little balcony to stand out on and toilet paper and fresh towels were provided.

Not worth the price you pay

I was only here for a one night so it was okay but what made it so bad was that the staff were completely incompetent. I had to wait for the next day for the guy to pay me back my change and he seemed like he had no idea what he was on about. Room is quite nice though. But o agree with the other reviews in that the photos are not accurate at all

Not really hotel

My friend and I missed a flight and had to stay over night and we found this "hotel" for 400baht (12USD), now this is by all means a good price if you don't need comfort.
First of all it was a struggle to find the place, it's all the way down a dark road (which was really creepy) next to three abandoned buildings. The "hotel" is actually apartment complex without ant signs telling what it is (trust Google maps, it's actually correct position).
Now I did call the guy 3 times to ask for direction and instructions, and he told me to call him when I was there. When we found the place and the keys we went inside. Hard bed (which I actually prefer) on top of cemented level (in case of flood) around 15cm high. Lights were flickering and made annoying sound. AC worked fine, did not try the shower as we had no towels. Oh and the renter came to collect money late at night (told us "soon" at 8am, came 11am.)
All in all, you get what you pay for. Not bad if you don't need comfort or in emergency like we were.
