WHAT A HOTEL

What a hotel. The rooms are amazing. The pool on the balcony is the best. To have the option to be with people in one of their 2 outside pool ( one on the 7th floor) or just swim in the quite of your own pool is fantastic. The roof pool has an amazing view. Although there is no shade up there so make sure you have a hat and cover up. We just about always had it to ourselves lol. The hotel also has an app that you can communicate with the front desk without going down. They were always helpful. You can also request a time for your room to be serviced, which is an amazing benefit i wish more hotels have that option. Now to the staff wow all very happy and always there to help. The restaurant staff always had a happy smile and Keaw always remembered our coffee order even when I changed what I wanted halfway through. The other restaurant staff, Namwa also always there to help and a bit of a laugh . Bew, Park,Aoff,Nick any May all amazing and helpful and there with a smile. I did not get the Chefs name but OMG the.food was amazing, breakfast was great and the dinners great thankyou for your amazing work. The house keeping we had(also did not get names sorry) worked hard and always with a smile. I loved the turndown service with macaroons ,yum . The location is fantastic walking distance to most things and the hotel have a free shuttle you can book to get to the Renee's Beach.

Wonderful hotel

Amazing hotel ! I could not recommend it more, the staff is friendly, atmosphere is good, rooms are clean and the service is out of this world. The restaurant inside the hotel was so good and a special mention to Kaew, Ya, and Aof who took care of us every day. Me and my partner had an amazing experience and the staff was helpful in making recommendations and giving us advice on what we should see near the area.

A heavenly escape

Had the best experience ever in Krabi, thanks to Adam Hotel and its amazing team. Celebrated wife’s birthday here, team Kaew, Nan and Aof surprised us with cake and room decorations. Breakfast service was impeccable everyday, food was yum everyday and the attention to detail with everything was exemplary.

Beautiful and unique hotel with exceptional service

A beautiful and unique hotel, with greats rooms (with a pool in the balcony with an amazing view) with great service. Breakfast is great and the staff is so friendly. Shoutout specifically to Kaew, Aof, Bubble, Peter, and Mew. But literally all the staff is so friendly.

Great stay

Had a very plesant stay at Hotel Adam. At check in, Walls gave us a warm welcome and explained clearly to us the various facilities at the hotel. Throughout our stay we were always greeted with smiles from the staff in particular Tia,Benzy and Mike
