Pleasantly surprised ,

Just arrived here at the sleep whale hotel Krabi And after reading some negative reviews before I came here I wasn’t sure what to expect. Well I can honestly say so far I am well pleased The hotel is immaculate clean the guy on the reception was so nice I mean really nice and welcoming. The room is big and has everything you would need the bathroom is huge the bed is lovely and pillows are perfect ……

Cheap overnight stays for a stopover

The arrival was friendly , the pool small but clean, the room with two large beds, cozy mattress and good pillow. Expectations were at zero, but very positively surprised. Even pool towels were there and daily fresh water. Next door in the cafe the prices are very excessive, but the coffee is very good. Unfortunately, the farewell was not so pleasing as the person at the reception was very unfriendly and ZERO helpful, were left several times and did not get any help.

This is a hidden hotel gem in Krabi. I honestly do not want to brag too much because I do not want it to skyrocket its prices and become elusive in booking availability, but this was a delightful place for us to stay between Koh Lanta and flying. The pool area was relaxing, the cafe was fantastic in choice and taste, the staff was hospitable, and the room was spacious. We are sad we only spent one night and have bookmarked it for future trips to that area.

Bad experience !!

We traveled to Krabi for 2 days and 1 night with a group of friends. We had already booked four rooms in advance. When we arrived to check in that evening, the staff told us that our booking was for the next day, not that night. We showed them our booking confirmation, proving that we had booked for that day. Our booking was correct, but the staff had entered the wrong check-in date, which left us scrambling to find a place to stay that night. Most accommodations were fully booked. This was a terrible experience.
