Family friendly

Amazing place to stay, from every room you can get straight into the pool. The staff were very friendly and good breakfast plenty of choice. Very nice and comfortable rooms, certainly go back again on our next trip to Thailand.

Very fast Check-in and check-out, clear information provided at check in about the hotel services ( including the van transfer to the beachfront areas and the optional breakfast). My Superior room on the second floor was large and clean, with a lovely pool view balcony. I had a pleasant stay and wished that I could stay longer. High value for the price I paid.

Not at all relaxing

Good hotel, but catastrophic shuttle management and noise nuisance from dawn
The hotel itself is clean, the rooms are spacious and well maintained. No complaints about comfort or cleanliness.
But then, management and tranquility, it’s another story...
➡️ Free shuttle? Not really.
I waited 30 minutes in the rain at the location indicated by the hotel for the free shuttle. The driver passed, barely slowed down, then left without stopping. As a result, another 30 minutes of waiting before paying for a taxi out of my pocket. No gesture from the hotel, no solution proposed.
➡️ Loud swimming pool from 7am
It’s impossible to sleep later: from 7am, people shout, sing and play in the pool. The big problem is that all the rooms overlook this pool, so everyone is awake, like it or not.
➡️ Staff feedback
When I reported the problem, I was simply told: "Sorry. They will be told at check-out that they were loud."
No measurement at the time, no supervision of quiet schedules. Just a verbal apology.
Conclusion:
A good hotel in appearance, but the lack of management, especially for the shuttle and the quiet, really hinders the experience. Too bad, because the potential is there. I would not recommend if you are looking for rest or professionalism
