They serve not bad, no issue, I read people 's review,they complain about it, I don't see any happen.
In room look ok and too big room. Good enough
For breakfast ok but sad no cappuccino,it is ok

Room was okay, but very tired in terms of decoration. There was a lack of storage in the rooms.
The hotel had a rating of 5stars and it is not clear why. The pool was very small almost unusable, and the breakfast each day was very limited in choice, examine pineapple watermelon or dragon fruit only daily options. Staff were very helpful although English extremely limited.

👌🏻💯 Really clean. Conveniently have a 7 eleven located below the hotel. Feel free to walk to Terminal 21 if you’re looking to clock your steps.
👌🏻💯 Bathtub was great. Temperature of the water was extremely easy to control. Toilet bowl and bidet was working well. Towel is of good quality.
👌🏻💯 Bed was really comfortable. Requested for extra pillows and they were willing to provide which made my sleep even more snuggly.
👌🏻💯 Excellent service from cleaner lady. Always greeted with a smile by her everyday which really started my day right.
👌🏻💯 Free parking provided by the hotel at the basement.
👌🏻💯 The vibe at night is great, recommend to dine in at the restaurant in the hotel. Great music and lighting.
👎🏼 Booked a 3D2N, then added another night. Told the reception to add the stay into the key card but to no avail. Went back to the room late at night to find out the card was not extended to 4D3N and had to proceed back down to receive access again, but the process was quick.
👎🏼 Wished the wifi in the room was strong. Could not receive signal on the bed and sometimes could not hold the wifi.
👎🏼 Love the rain shower, but the design of the toilet was not the best. Water leaks out of the shower into the dry toilet area.
Ps. I’m usually quite particular with the toilets in hotels hence the review but even though the negative pointers were listed above, I enjoyed my stay overall and am really grateful for the services provided by the hotel. 😁
