We stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was very spacious and included both a shower and a bathtub.
The hotel is in a good location, away from too much nightlife noise, so it was nice and quiet during the night.
The rooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and considering the price, the hotel offers a surprisingly luxurious experience.
We did not get a chance to try the pool area during our stay.
Housekeeping was very helpful, friendly, and thorough, and the room was always kept clean.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend SN Plus Hotel.

1. Too noisy, you can hear everything from outside
2. Most of staffs are kind, but one chubby 30s lady was very rude and annoying.
3. It has gym but nothing works and no aircon.

Solo review

The location is a short location from Terminal 21. Baht buses from here to other parts of the city. The hotel was very clean, quite, breakfast was typically what international hotel have. Bed comfortable, water preasure in the shower was great. Room (712) made up every day. Staff very polite. Pool clean and utilise by hotel patrons. AC great, worked as it should and quiet. Foyer built with expense. Definitely of worthy

Value for money. But the location is a bit far from everywhere. No thai bus running on the 3rd street that takes you to the Pattaya main city area. So you have to either walk to where you can get the bus or take a ride though app though it doesn’t cost you more than 40 baht to reach the main areas. But easy check-in and check-out, good amenities, high quality bathroom, friendly staff with the european style decorations make it a value for your money. One suggestion would be have laundry service inside the hotel as currently they have outside supplier which takes a day to get back the clothes. [Photos here are from the pool view cabana room]
