The hotel was good enough in a decent location. The only thing i did not like was the air conditioning did not stay on while not in the room so while gone for the day the room got hot, but it did cool down pretty quick. For a budget hotel, it was good enough. There is girls that work the bar connected to the hotel, but they seem to leave you alone if you are not interested.

Wonderful 2 week stay at the classrooms hotel.

As per my many reviews of this hotel, I have stayed here many many times over the last 10 years. It must be a good place to work as the staff who were there when I first came 10 years+ ago are still there.
The hotel is very well located for everything you could possibly need and the beach is about 3 mins walk away.
The rooms are exceptional, tea, coffee and water FOC. There is a snack/beer bar in the room. Kettle, Cutlery, Microwave, dining table and chairs. Plenty of storage space for clothes and a safe.
The staff are friendly and I spent many evenings during my two week stay in the bar with Tuk and Mamasan. I have known Tuk and Mamasan for many years and based on their popularity they are a real asset to the hotel.
There is also a restaurant, and I did eat one evening in there and the food was good. I have eaten in there on many visits and have no complaints about the quantity and quality of the food. The menu has quite a range on it.

If you like to sleep at any time of the day or night avoid this hotel at all costs. The sound of roaring motor bikes was constant. The bed felt like it was made from concrete. The most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in and I have been in 15 other beds over the last 6 months. The great location and cheap price does not in any way make up for all the sleep that I lost over the 2 weeks that I stayed. They even charged me 100 baht for a broken glass. There are much better alternatives in Pattaya.

Best value in Pattaya. Rooms were spotless, AC blew cold. Shower was very powerful and internet was great. Location can't get any better.
The foods at the restaurant was fantastic also, and cheaper than anywhere else in the city.
This will for SURE be my new go to.
