Very good but not 5 stars

Very beautiful place, beautiful pool, nothing to say
Very nice exterior
But it lacks a bit of attention and warmth for a 5-star, especially given the price
The room access card did not work; I had to make four round trips for the technician to intervene. Technician to intervene
Broken showerhead
Average breakfast
We were there in the low season, and the team's level of English was sometimes problematic for communication
It remains a very beautiful place (a bit more worn than in the photos, though)
The hotel could use a little check-up in certain areas

Relax

This beautiful complex is a small oasis of peace and relaxation. The food in the restaurant was excellent and despite hotel prices, the value for money was absolutely right.
There were very few guests and therefore the offer was unfortunately reduced. The spa area is closed for renovation , the restaurant closes at 21:00 and there were no cocktails or wine.
The 5 stars can only refer to a national rating, because the quality meets international standards Max. 4 stars.
Although the rooms are arranged around a large pond with lotus, they unfortunately failed to equip them with mosquito protection.

Everything Great, except for the pool

Everything was exceptional, with the exception of the dirty pool water. There was no way I was going to swim in that dirty water. This was sad, as I choose hotels based on a swimming pool. I really enjoyed getting up close to several of the monitor lizards, as well as the squirrels. The pond was nice, but I think the staff could try to limit the amount of lily pads so that the pond looks better. Feeding the fish was a nice thing to do as well. Breakfast was very good with a nice selection. There is an Amazon Cafe right on the premises which was nice. It is also lovely to just walk around the 20 rai property for some exercise. To say that the staff was friendly and helpful is very, very typical of any quality hotel in Thailand. It is a standard comment in reviews and expected of any hotel staff. There was ample parking for guests who drove to the location.

An amazing oasis!

What a welcome paradise after a long daybof sightseeing on our tour. Amazing pool, beautiful room, delicious food, and attentive staff! Not sure if there is anything to do in the town, but no need to leave the compound if you just have a night in this location.
