Absolute Nightmare – Shady Location, Defective AC, and Hidden Charges
AVOID PAYING THE DEPOSIT AMOUNT. These guys use it as leverage to extort hidden charges.
Avoid this place at all costs. It was an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. Location & Accessibility: The advertisement claiming close proximity to Patong Beach is completely false. The actual route to enter the hotel looks incredibly shady, uninviting, and is heavily infested with mosquitoes. Room Amenities: We booked an AC room, but the cooling was non-existent. Even when setting the regulator all the way down to 16°C, the room never got properly cold. We spent our entire stay sweating. Staff & Management: The receptionist was extremely rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic customer service etiquette. To make a stressful situation worse, our wallet was stolen during our trip, which contained our RFID room key. When we reported the lost card, they slapped us with a whopping 1,000 Baht replacement fee. This ridiculous "hidden policy" was never mentioned during check-in and felt entirely predatory. Security Deposit: They force you to pay a 1,000 Baht security deposit upfront. Do not give it to them. They use this cash as leverage to nickle-and-dime you at check-out so they don't have to return your money. Save your money, sanity, and safety. Stay somewhere else.

Worst Stay Experience – Complete Waste of Money
Our stay at APK Resort was extremely disappointing and easily one of the worst experiences my family and I have had. The staff were least bothered about serving guests and showed a complete lack of professionalism and basic hospitality.
The rooms, especially the so-called suite rooms, were in terrible condition and had a strong, unpleasant smell throughout our stay. To make matters worse, there were no phones in the rooms to contact reception or request any assistance. Although the hotel shares a WhatsApp number for guest support, messages were never responded to, making it completely useless.
The most shocking part was the attitude of the management. The manager was apparently such a “VIP” that he was unreachable for the first two days when we were facing issues. When we finally managed to meet him, he casually mentioned that he was on leave and that there was no one else available to address guest concerns. This clearly reflects how little the management cares about guests who are paying their hard-earned money.
Overall, there was zero accountability, poor service, unhygienic rooms, and an absolute lack of guest care. Staying here was a complete waste of money. I would strongly advise travelers to think twice before booking this property.

Great 17-Day Stay at APK Resort – Amazing Experience
I stayed at APK Hotel for 17 days, recommended by a friend and it was a fantastic experience! The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and just a short walk to the beach.
I stayed in a Deluxe Room on the 7th floor, which had a bathtub on the balcony, such a unique feature! The view from my room was beautiful, with green mountains, city lights, and the garden all in sight.
Housekeeping: A big thank you to the kind lady who cleaned my room daily. She always had a smile on her face and kept the room clean and tidy, I really appreciated her efforts.
Reception: The front desk staff were very attentive and professional. They were always helpful, especially when advising about the weather or assisting with guests’ belongings. I’d like to mention Rahul and two lovely ladies at reception (sorry I didn’t catch your names) your warm hospitality really made a difference. Keep up the great work!
I truly enjoyed my stay here and highly recommend APK Resort, especially for longer vacations. It offers great value for the price!

Attention – no-go hotel! Fingers off – absolutely not recommended!
Attention !! The room was totally dirty and ugly! I have booked through Agoda and had a long journey. I didn't have any cash with me on the spot, but they were desperate to get me a deposit. Without payment I was not allowed to enter the room – but nowhere was any of it written when booking. I had to wait almost two hours and not let in money was not refunded either ! Terrible!
