Poor Hospitality zero service.
I recently stayed here with my family, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience.
First, the room itself had a major issue—the AC was not working properly. When I called reception to report it, instead of offering help or a solution, I was told that if I didn’t like the room, I could cancel and find another hotel. This response was shocking and completely unprofessional.
Second, when we arrived late at night (around 10:30 PM), we requested basic items like plates and spoons. The staff refused, saying the restaurant was closed. For a hotel, denying such a simple request felt unreasonable.
Third, I asked for a basic first aid item (a band-aid), and was told that the hotel does not keep any first aid supplies. I was asked to walk to a nearby 7-Eleven, which was 7–8 minutes away, late at night. This is unacceptable, especially for a hotel hosting families.
Overall, the service was extremely poor, and the lack of basic hospitality and care made our stay very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Awful
Tried to order food and there was hardly anything on the menu available on numerous occasions
Bed rock hard
Room not cleaned well
Had to get taxi most days as my dad couldn’t do the hill not near the beach either

With regard to the bedding, our rooms are equipped with a standard firm mattress configuration. For those who prefer a softer sleeping surface, mattress toppers are available upon request through our Reception Desk.
We would also like to clarify that all rooms are cleaned and inspected prior to guest arrival. Should there ever be any concerns regarding room cleanliness, we encourage guests to contact our Reception Desk immediately so that our housekeeping team can promptly inspect and rectify any issues.
Regarding the location, our hotel's setting and distance from the beach are clearly stated in the property information before booking. Casa Del M Resort is situated in a slightly elevated area surrounded by greenery, offering a quieter atmosphere away from the busiest crowds while still being conveniently located approximately 1 km from Patong Beach and nearby attractions. Taxi and Tuk Tuk's can easily be order through ride hailing apps like Grab or bolt.
Regarding the poolside sun loungers, we would like to note that these have recently been fully upgraded and replaced with new units as part of our ongoing efforts to improve our facilities and guest experience. Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will continue to review guest comments for further enhancements.

Absolutely to avoid
Bad.
I had the misfortune to stay for a month in this hotel and I tell you what drove me to advise against staying here:
Location: the hotel is two kilometers from the sea and the center. To get out on foot you have to go down a steep descent of 400 meters with holes and bumps and very narrow. At the end you enter a four-lane road with a lot of fast traffic (motorcycles and cars) without sidewalk and impossible to cross (no pedestrian crossings or traffic lights). To get out of the hotel you have to call a taxi.
Room: defined Superior, was smaller than the 30sqm indicated. The room does not have a wardrobe and I had to leave the suitcase open on the floor. The bathroom is very small. There is a minimum space for access to the shower. There is no hot water in the sink. It is impossible to regulate the water in the shower: the temperature changes rapidly. The whole thing would need an urgent renovation.
Breakfast: very long coffee in carafe, milk only cold. Three soups and eggs. For dessert only bread in boxes and always 2 types of jam. It is the worst breakfast I have encountered in my many travels.
Personnel: The friendly staff except the director. I tried he protested to the manager and each guaranteed that he would solve it. In fact, nothing has ever changed. I stopped complaining about not being played yet.

Budget friendly and basic
Average hotel fantastic views over phuket but very far from resturants and bars
and one small 711 supermarket at the bottom of a steep hill and traffic was a night mare to try and cross if you go out
not recomended if you have mobility issues
and menu could of been better not enough choice especially for children .
But mr singh was such a lovely helpfull gentleman who worked at the reception he was polite snd helpfull
Its a budget hotel ok if you want a chill out but too far from centre if your wanting more
