Worse Accommodation Ever
1. When we arrived at the hotel already evening, location is quite hidden,we almost missed the place. Hotel reception locked nobody inside.
2. Room no 1, living room air cond is hot air, wall fan not functioning. Bedroom air-cond making noise whole night. Due to I'm sick and late so forced to stay 1 night in room no 1.
3. We complained to hotel management they came fixed but in fact, they don't know how to do it, so we request to change room, they agreed to give us room no 2.
4. Room no. 2 floors are dusty, bathroom sink tap is broken, even so, call a pool full of floating leaves and frog to swim in the pool. But no choice we had paid so force to stayed, there is no laundry services.
5. We do check the rest of the room we found out so far only 3-4 room looks fine the rest of it is damaged
6. We rent a motorcycle from the hotel turn out the tire was punctured, we have to push the motorcycle to the workshop and contact the hotel
7. The glassdoor is out of rubber coverage as such slipping and broken when my husband want to open the glassdoor and the hotel claimed we have to responsible for everything however i think both party also responsible from it at the end we need to pay back the whole glassdoor money.

Our villas are located in the neighbour of multi million dollars homes and 350m to the main road where restaurants, spa and bars are located.
We offer our guest complimentary private pick up transfer to the villa and we also recommend to inform us the arrival time so our staff can stand by to welcome our guests. We do not have 24hr reception but, we are also flexible to have a staff stand by when we know time of guests arrival.
We apologize for your bad experience in our villas as they were under renovation. We clean the pools everyday when villa is occupied. If it they needed more cleaning, please bring it to our attention and we will do it to your specification. We are able to remove frog from the pool but, we are not able to control frog leaping into the pool because we are in a tropical area.
Room 2- 4 were not deep cleaned when you went to see them because, we have just finished doing the major renovation on them but, you insisted to see them so we have to let you.
The motorcycle tire puncture was an unfortunately event and out of our control. We did not charge you for the damage and allowed you to fix it yourselves. We always warn our guests that there could nails and sharp objects that will damage the tired and riders should be aware of the road conditions.
In regards to the window door breakage, we are glad no one is hurt. We will thoroughly check all sliding doors. If there are breakage then the item should be replaced by the person responsible for the breakage so we do not need to charge for the replacement. We also always offer a quotation of the replacement that were given to us by a specialist.

Needs to be refinish,old fashion!!!
Breakfast was two pieces of toast butter & jam,two fried eggs
Some fruit one tiny cup of tea
We had quite a problem with the little swimming pool it was dirty and had a dead frog in !!
The dining table was broken every time we eat on in the glass keep slipping off.
To us it’s not worth the money.

Indeed, provide in-villa breakfast for our guests and in fact we let guests choose what they would like to have for breakfast. Unfortunately, if not selected we provide toast, butter and eggs by default...
We clean the pool daily but, if it wasn't cleaned then kindly inform us and we can do it to your specification.
We have started renovation and refinishing and expected to be completed by Nov 19.

Beautiful Home style self catering Vill
5 minuit by scooter to the beach lots of things to do near by.
The residence is away from the main road not at all bothered by the traffic.
