Lovely place

Spent 6 nights here and it has everything you need, I had a double room with balcony, balcony is tiny but was great for drying our clothes after our morning run, the room is average with great WiFi, kettle, fridge, mini bar, cable TV with many English channels, it's in a good location 5 to 10 mins walk to the beach and bangla party street, only 5 mins walk to a huge supermarket, and the staff were happy smiling and helpful, our room was quiet at night but it was in the rear of the hotel, also there is free tea and coffee all day which saved me a fortune, if we ever come back to phuket I would stay here again

Traffic

I was in a superior room road side the room was average the balcony was about 5ftX5ft .Patong beach is good sun loungers and umbrella £5 a day food and drink expensive beach area D1HOTEL is around 20-30 mins walk to beach and Bangla street.The street food and night markets are excellent and recommended the only thing that I didn't like was the traffic it's horrendous 24/7

Scam.

Terrible! We had booked a room there but when we arrived at the hotel they had given the room to someone else! Instead of complaining to us, the proprietor said we could get another room, but of course we had to pay more. Something we did not of course do. The proprietor became really rude and angry. There are many other good hotels in the area. Steer away from this. This is pure scam.

Amazing

This hotel was great! We got an over night bus to Phuket so we got to the hotel about half 7 in the morning, we emailed the day before asking if there was any chance we could have our room ready for then, they emailed back saying they'd try and as soon as we got there we were in. The room was nice and clean, the staff were lovely and always wanted to help. It's about 10-15 minute walk to the beach and the strip but totally worth it.

Location

Perfect location with shops and bars around you ! 2 minute walk to the beach and the night life so not loud at all at night in the hotel! Staff were amazing and friendly would highly recommend ! Very clean and offer complimentary tea and coffee
