Amazing service from management and staff!
Amazing views with jacuzzi and swimming pool.
Enjoy peace and tranquility.
Minutes away from beach, restaurants, bars, etc
Hilltop comes highly recommended!!!

Stranded

Landed in Phuket at 22:20, and took the first bus to the hotel. Was dropped off by shuttle bus at bottom of the hill, so I had to walk uphill for 20 minutes to reach the hotel.
The day before, I sent a message to the hotel saying I would arrive around midnight (I had a reservation for
2 nights booked a month in advance). Upon arrival at 5 past midnight, nobody was at the hotel to check me in (midnight cut-off), so I called and spoke with manager. Manager was very rude, and said I cannot check in because I was late by 10 minutes, and cannot get a refund. 30 hours of travel, all I wanted was a bed, but manager has no sympathy. Spent the night outside on the street, on my very first night in Thailand.
Upon further inspection the next day I learned that the hotel is closing down soon so they don't have any staff on site. There are many other nice places to stay nearby (as long as you check in before midnight!), so don't spend your money here.

No Christmas dinner when we came

The hotel had a traditionel Danish christmasdinner on the menu. The buffet was open between 6-9 pm. When we arrived at 7 pm there was literally no food left and there wasn’t coming more. So we waited for a return taxi to go home. They still wanted us to pay for food-which was absurd-because there wasn’t any. We ended up paying for drinks and half of the food. The restaurant was doll and no Christmas decoration at all. Would never recommand anyone to go there.

wonderful nature , bad location , moderate service .

well .. if you are looking for quiet hotel with wonderful view where you can see a lot of palms and green mountains around plus sea view so that is your choice no doubt .. but if you are looking to be close to patong beach and night life of patong so you may find much close places (should mention that the location of the hotel is on a very high hill that some times you may need to make it on feet) .. about service stuff are helpful but they either don't speak english or have very basic english , while you 'll find scandinavian guys in the lobby all the time they looks like directors but I'm not sure if they are not friendly enough or is that the scandinavian personality in general .

No room for you.

Booked a room in September and payed a $5000 baht deposit I even went to hotel to confirm booking when i was in Patong in December and all was good.I showed up February 1st only to be told they LOST my booking and that the hotel was full and I would need to find another hotel.No doubt in my mind they got a better rate from another customer so they cancelled my booking.
