To flee!!! Unhealthy hotel.

Be careful the Penthouses are unhealthy, balneo non-functional (they do not keep water and either do not make bubbles or no jet). There are cockroaches we had in the 2405 as well as the 2403, and the 2403 there is not even hot water in the parental bathroom. We've all lost our time running away. And the worst thing about it is the manager telling us it’s normal and yelling at us... it’s supposed to be a 5 star we got much cleaner 3 stars being less dangerous and much cheaper. To try to close the deal she imposes on us the lunch offered by the hotel (finally 910bth without any drink) we paid a stay at 24000bth, where we absolutely did not enjoy our stay and without any real gesture from the hotel...

Disappointing experience with misleading 4-star rating

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of disappointing and the 4-star rating is absolutely misleading. Upon arrival there were plenty of problems with my room. When I asked for another room, I was told that the hotel was fully booked, while rooms were still available online. During the three nights I was there, I only saw 4-5 other guests in the whole complex, which felt particularly strange.
On my floor, rooms were empty because of painting and other work. The cleaning service was unreliable; one day they didn't come by at all. In the evening I had to go to the reception to pick up towels, and even though I was four people, I only got three towels.
Moreover, I found black hairs in both the room and the bathroom and kitchen, which is absolutely unacceptable. I even went to the store to get cleaning products to disinfect the bathroom floor, and I urged my children not to walk in without slippers.
On the second day, men came to clean the air conditioning, but they left parts in the apartments, which only made the situation worse. To make matters worse, brownish water came out of the tap and the taps hung loose from the wall. Outside there were also works on a new hotel, which continued well into the night. I saw men at 11pm still doing welding, which led to sparks and significant noise pollution.
On the day of check-out there was a call to my room at 11:30 am. I couldn't answer because we were busy packing and placing our bags outside. At the reception I asked why the call had been made, and the employee replied with a smile: “Because you have to check out at 12:00.” This gave the whole experience a nasty aftertaste. I was already in the taxi at 11:50 on my way to another hotel. Never again.
The pictures I took speak for themselves. All in all, this was not a pleasant stay and I cannot recommend this hotel to others who are looking for Quality and Good Service.

Very moist in the apartment and bad smell from the bathroom.

Stayed 14 days at the Coco Hotel. The apartment was large with its own small pool on the terrace, but it smelled terribly bad in the bathroom. The kitchen was great, but almost nothing of cutlery and pots etc. 2 spoons and 2 forks,but no knives. 2 cups and 2 glasses, 1 small pot and a small baking pan, that was all. Then you will cook some food yourself it is almost impossible. The bedroom was terribly moist all the time due to the air conditioning. It was old. Not coming to live here again.

Stinks very bad like sewage. The jacuzzi was not cleaned. The tile grouts are filled with mold throughout the entire suite. The fake wood on the floors are warped. No hand soap. Poor quality of toilet paper. Half stove top works. Vent does not work and also not properly installed. None of the faucets are secured in the bathrooms. Do not book. False advertisement.

Toilet smells like sewage. The wifi doesn’t work. Informed the receptionist, was given another network, still doesn’t work.
Housekeeping is considerate to leave new drinking water n toilet rolls on the door when I requested no cleaning needed.
