UNANNOUNCED RENOVATION!
UNANNOUNCED RENOVATION!
On the positive side: a unique, jungle-like atmosphere away from the busy tourist areas — an interesting concept.
On the downside:
Despite paying a higher non-refundable rate and having breakfast confirmed via Booking.com, it was refused on arrival as an “error,” with no further explanation.
The main issues were UNANNOUNCED RENOVATION and serious safety concerns.
Construction was ongoing throughout the stay, with constant noise and heavy dust everywhere — even the pool water looked milky. It was impossible to relax anywhere on the property.
Safety is also a major problem. At night there is no staff on site. During a power cut, there were no lights, no A/C, emergency lighting lasted for a few minutes only, and no assistance from the staff at all. In case of an emergency or fire, guests would be left completely on their own.
The property is always open, allowing strangers to come in and host late-night pool parties, adding noise and further safety concerns.
Other issues that affected the stay:
weak A/C while the room walls get extremely hot, uncomfortable beds,
lots of insects biting even during the day and leaving painful and eachy marks on the skin.
“One-bedroom villa” rooms have no proper windows, only small openings.
Communication is very difficult, as staff speak neither English nor Thai.
Overall, poor management and lack of basic safety standards.

Best in Thailand
This place is amazing, like it says, tranquil villas. We stayed in a superior garden villa and it was absolutely beautiful. Peaceful and relaxing just off the hustle and bustle of the roads in to kata and karon. The villa was exceptionally clean and the staff made sure it stayed that way, clearing any leaves and cleaning and gardening all day long. The bed was superb, big and comfortable, the outdoor kitchen was perfect for making lunch or dinner and it was lovely to sit outside and chill listening to the sounds of the geckos and other wildlife in the forest. The pool area was fantastic too with only 8 sun loungers it was never busy always chilled. Again the area was sparkling clean. Thank you to Noi and her amazing staff who made sure we felt welcome and had all we needed. We have truly had an incredible time and will be back without hesitation. 5 stars

Favourite hotel in Phuket
Every year we live in this hotel.cozy at home, room cleaning every day, towels changed daily, robes issued on request, bed linen fresh, clean, smells good. The girls at reception are always friendly and attentive! When we go to other islands to live we leave the suitcase at the reception in the storage room.comfortable location by the hotel, everything nearby, Macro store 3 minutes on foot, lots of cafes. In February 2025, we re-booked this wonderful hotel! Superior villas are beyond praise, you can cook yourself on the cute terrace . You feel like you're in your country! Clean small pool, no chlorine smell,Respectfully the Belov family.

A spoonful of tar
A nasty surprise was the 3% charge when paying with a debit card - I didn't see a warning about this in the booking not on the site, by the way and there are no such charges on the booking. (was in Samui) Didn't understand the moment on the day when the curtain technicians arrived and the receptionist almost ordered us to leave the room in a hysterical tone, although I explained that I had a sick child and yesterday he was called a doctor - as a result, at the time of cleaning, when the child was in the room they installed them. No noise insulation and you can hear the TV working in the next room and talking on the phone. Surprised by the lack of soap and replenishment with shower gel and shampoo - one small bubble for 2 adults. I wanted to book a taxi to the airport - in the room fun announcement of a taxi to the airport 900 thb, but the receptionist said that it is a small car and our family of 3 adults and child will not fit, and if you need a large car 1000 thb, found 2 steps away where rented a car , taxi for 800 thb. Loved the fact that the room is pleasant, with good furniture, modern TV, and quality cleaning. I ordered for Lazada : I was not at the hotel, at the reception received without problems, paid.
