Very good
Price vs quality is excellent. Great pool, great bed, nice apartment, a bit noisy if you are close to the road but overall good! I would return if ever...parking is included and it is an easy drive from airport.

Avoid at all costs
When we landed it was basically a building site The reception area was like a very untidy builders store The room was not ready when we got there and the more we looked around the more we didn't want to stay. There was nobody in reception and hardly any room for them to sit down if there was but the guy cleaning the apartment said he would get our money refunded to us I gave them a month to do so but now have refused to do so Keep away there are far better places to stay

Nice Ville but secluded
Stayed 3 nights in villa 1. First nite there were bugs in the pool which freak my kids out. But on the last nite we all had fun in the pool some how all the bugs seem to have disappeared.
It has cups and kitchen utensils in set of 4. There is a washing machine but you need to buy detergent. Bath and shampoo provided but you need to bring your own toothbrush.
Chris will clear the rubbish daily but I think provided you were out of the house.
There is no decent restaurant or shop within walking distance from the ville. Advice is to rent a car to move around and buy food. We rented a car via Chris priced 1200baht per day. We also booked an island hopping day trip via chis. Price rather reasonable and we enjoyed the day trip.
It’s a good enough size house for the kids to run around compared to a hotel room. Overall experience not too bad.

quiet pool villa reasonable price
we stayed for 10 nights. Chris the manager (he does everything there i guess) was friendly. they held the 3000 baht in guarantee which you could get it back when check-out. the villa is spacious. we loved the couch so much it's so modern and comfortable. the bed though, westerners might have trouble because it's so firm. but I like firm mattress. they provided you almost everything to make your stay like home. we rented a car so we had no problem going around as you know, the villa is in nowhere. there is 7-11 on the way to Nai Thon beach. and Tesco Lotus is in 15 mins of driving.
staying here you can go to Nai Yang or Nai Thon beach. both are quiet beaches if you want to escape from the Patong's atmosphere.
Like another review, we wish they could have curtain on front door. it's so clear anyone can look in easily at night. the pool was pretty dirty at the time we stayed but it had been raining for week so it was understandable.
toilet in master bedroom in villa 1 was very dirty, stains and almost clogged. there are many insects here so leaving the doors open to poor is not a good idea.
chris told us he will get the trash out daily but turned out we had to do it ourselves. he came every 3 days though, gave new towels and got the trash.

Fantastic stay!
My partner and l stayed for a week here in villa 2! Just got home couple days ago! Loved the villa, it was spotless with great space (open plan living area) 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with private pool! It was 10 mins by motorbike to nai yang walking street/beach! Perfect for what we were looking for which was peace and quiet after staying in hectic patong then bang tao! Hugh and l loved our stay here! Chris the manager was great and took care of getting us our motorbike and taxi's etc! Wish we could of stayed longer! Thank you so much, hopefully we will return soon and lv already recommended you to my friends! Jade
