Good hotel with good swimming pool and bar.location is good to bars restaurants and beach .Room was double booked when l arrived but was upgraded to an apartment at no extra cost.Service was good .l Can recommend this hotel for a good stay

This hotel is a very good location in patong very close to junceylong shopping centre
The hotel staff were very polite and the food choices at the hotel are good and reasonable price
The down side is it’s nothing like the photos its in need of a refurbishment it’s very dated and no decent beds they were very hard
The furniture in rooms were old and broken and no elevator to higher floors
It’s a hotel more suited to back packers or single men it’s not for families and certainly not worth the high price

Budget hotel more suited to back packers
This hotel is a very good location to get to jungceylong shopping mall and bangla boxing stadium it’s about ten to 15 minute walk no hills
The hotel it’s self was not as expected and at check-in we weren’t given the rooms we paid for and got separated to different floors as we all wanted ground floor and there’s no elevator if you have mobility problems
if it says poolside it can still be first and 2nd floor which is not stated so don’t be fooled into thinking your getting all pool rooms
The rooms were old and dated and the whole hotel could do with a refurbishment
Very uncomfortable beds tv not working well in my room and very noisey frigein every room
There was a lot of noise late at night which most nights went on till 5am due to men being there with there Thai girlfriends
I wouldn’t recommend for families or anyone with children which we had with us
But the staff were so polite and tried to help with any issues we had

Do not stay here !!
Location-back from the main roads in a workers area. But ok
Hotel is NOT 3 star. May say it has facilities that equate to that but the gym is worse than a prison gym.. it's not really a gym it's some stuff in the garden.
The whole place is run by groups of single of men who take over the garden all night, controlling the TV and music and the staff cannot control them, or more to the point don't want to. Fighting and property damage in the nights and no action taken. Ruining everyone else's nights. This place is no more than a brothel. I am not exaggerating.
The place does not look like the photos. It is run down and basic to the point where little or no maintenance takes place. One day tiles fell off the roof onto the pool area. Luckily no one was around the pool at the time.
The only positive thing I can say is that the staff were very kind and would do anything to help, but I feel that's probably to avoid people complaining so much. Avoid this place, it is unsafe and there are far better options around the area

Positives - staff/cleaners ... all lovely and as helpful as they could be.
Negatives - is only a 2 star at best. Rooms are dated with little to no maintenance, hotel is basically a brothel for gangs of single men who take over the common area blasting music all night with no control from staff. Fighting in the garden by groups of boys, no action taken, staff just didn't know what to do with them. If you're a single or small group of women or a family, this is NOT for you.
