This is my first time staying here.
This was my first time staying here. The lobby was spacious and clean. I got a room on an upper floor with a city view. It was convenient to visit the event during a visit to the city, and the hotel was close to shopping areas. The duck noodles were delicious. Overall, the room was clean.

Feel good and comfortable to stay at Pearl Hotel
We felt wonderful to stay in deluxe room on 9/F for 3 nights. The room was clean and tidy with beautiful city and mountain view. The location of Pearl hotel is so convenient and accessible to the hot spots for photo shooting and commercial streets in Phuket Old Town, just only few minutes' walk. The breakfast in Pearl hotel is good with western food and Thai food, especially the chicken curry and Hainan chicken rice are so yummy.
All the staff are friendly and helpful, and I would like to say THANKS to the front desk manager Nara for her professional service and hospitality.
Certainly, I will stay at Pearl Hotel again for my next visit to Phuket Old Town.

This hotel needs to invest in vacuum cleaners!
The reception is lovely, it ends there!!!
The carpets on the landings are covered in bits, awful filthy off putting! The room floors aren’t much better with hair and bits ( not ours)
If the hotel invested in a Dyson or two, would make an instant difference for not a lot.
The pool said Renovated 2024 on Agoda, mmmmmm I don’t think so. Only one bed at the pool, well there were two but one was broken, so were the tiles and some were missing completely. Pool area needed cleaning too.
The hotel is high rise and has windows that fully open without any rails or protection from falling.
No excuse for the dirtiness in this hotel, the reception is spotless, pity the rest of the place wasn’t.

Upon checking in, the room had no power. I had to go down to the reception and the fat lady demanded that I need to pay first. I told her it was paid via credit card through trip.com but she insisted otherwise. Finally she realized her mistake and then the power to my room was turned on. The staff needs to be re-trained or fired.
