Family room looks cozy but I stayed in a smaller room

Family room is far better than the other.
I stayed in a small room, which is on the rooftop level.
The small room isn't decorated as nicely as the family room.
Also the bathroom isn't in the room. You have to walk a bit (3m ?) .
Having said that, it is all yours. The room, bathroom and rooftop. It is all yours literally.
A table and 2 chairs are equipped on the rooftop.
You can get something to eat nearby and eat it there.
Although the view isn't romantic at all (roof of other houses only), it is still nice.
Said that, layout-wise, anyone technically has access to the rooftop but it is blocked for the guest of the smaller room by the owner. So no one will disturb you at the rooftop.
There is no lift, you have to step up the stairs from the ground level.
Take off your shoes before you go up.
There is no reception area.
Look for a "Primego" souvenir shop, that is where you are gonna stay overnight.

Wi-Fi is very weak in the room, honestly but when I used my laptop one floor down, it was very speedy (5g).
There is a microwave and toaster in a public space but the microwave didn't work, so pls ask how to use it if you want to use it. There is usually someone working on the ground level for the shop.
The location is excellent.
It is in the heart of Phuket Old Town.
If you want to stay here, I suggest you the family room.
There is a huge water tank and water pump on the rooftop between your bathroom and your room.
Each time someone used water in other rooms, I had to hear some noise. If you are a light sleeper, the noise will bother you for sure.
You will find 'Primego Bag' shop in Google Map. The location is correct.
They don't arrange taxis.
You have to arrange Grab taxi when you are off to the airport.
It is not a proper hotel/guest house.
It looks like a very nice apartment originally but 2 rooms were converted into rented rooms for tourists.
Staff there don't speak very fluent English.
