To forget.

Resort proposed by our agency for the good location of travel and tranquility, I would say that he did not take one! First of all in the vicinity of the property there is nothing, so in the evening when you want to take a walk there is only the busy and dangerous road, the same one that you have to cross to go to a single crowded beach and with an unwelcoming green sea. Tranquility ends since the resort is popular with families with children, so every day at the pool you see only them, I would say little suitable for adult couples looking for more.
We had some misadventures not recently, the room on the 4th floor with only stairs without elevator, the half-board meal provides only one order on paper selected from a single entry plate, a single choice between first and second and finally an ice cream or fruit as dessert, worse still for drinks because you only have one choice at the meal, I would say that it does not seem like half board. After complaining with the Alpitour service we had a change of room that did not improve our stay, in the bed buy a widely used mattress and dirty stains, I attach them in the picture, the shower water that hardly comes hot, the shower drain that hardly works, without considering the old and dated accommodations, all to restore. I'd say Alpitour looks really bad here.

Lovely staff but will not return

Staff were lovely but the location of the hotel is horrible. Nothing around. Everything was a taxi away. The price of food and drinks in the hotel were expensive! We were travelling in a group and several of the rooms smelt like mould, like nothing I’ve smelt before so so bad! And a mushroom popped up inbetween the floor boards in one room

Outdated Room, Broken Door, and Not Worth the Price

Very disappointed with this hotel. The room was old and looked nothing like the pictures. The door was broken, and the entire room felt worn out and poorly maintained. I booked a suite expecting a comfortable stay, but it only had one bathroom, which was very inconvenient. The floor looked old, damaged, and dirty, making the room feel even less appealing. Overall, the room was small, outdated, and not worth the price. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

Not 5 Star as advertised

I just want to share my experience as my daughter did a lot of research for a 5 star resort which this resort definitely is not. Breakfast was in an open area and very hot, the fans were not enough to keep cool. It was supposed to have pork bacon and they would not make us any. The pastries were soggy. The only thing I liked was the pool temperature. We had issues with our room from the beginning which they should have checked before we checked in. I hope this helps others.
