Dissatisfaction beyond good score but its totally fake

My overall experience at this property was highly disappointing and fell far below acceptable hospitality standards.
Upon arrival, there was a complete lack of guest acknowledgment. No staff member attended to us, and we were left waiting for an extended period without any assistance. It was only after we proactively presented our booking details that minimal attention was given.
Unfortunately, the issues continued upon entering the room. The condition was unacceptable: the space appeared poorly maintained, outdated, and lacked basic cleanliness standards. The bathtub was damaged, and overall housekeeping quality was substandard. The television was also misleadingly advertised as a smart TV; however, it was significantly outdated and not in proper working condition.
Attempts to contact reception proved unsuccessful. Calls went unanswered, reflecting a serious gap in guest support and service responsiveness. There was a clear lack of accountability for the condition of the room assigned.
Following the experience, I raised the concern through our travel agent. While compensation was mentioned, the handling of this was highly questionable. We were asked to delete our review before any refund would be processed, which is both unprofessional and unethical. This approach undermines guest trust and attempts to suppress genuine feedback rather than address the root of the service failures.
Such practices are unacceptable, regardless of the monetary value involved. Transparency and integrity are essential in hospitality, and this property demonstrates neither.
I strongly encourage future guests to share honest and unbiased feedback to reflect the actual guest experience at this property.

Lo más destacable del hotel es el personal femenino que ahí trabaja, todas las señoritas son muy amables y serviciales están dispuestas a colaborar con los huéspedes a cualquier hora, la ubicación del hotel es un plus.
