BACK HOME

Now we are back to this fantastic ikonic hotel The Boathouse in Kata in the south of Phuket. I have tried several hotels over the years and there are no hotels in the region that comes close to this amazing hotel with friendly staff we now call family .you dont find staff anywhere like that./ we now know almost all the names on the hotelstaff that does the outmost to make your stay unforgetable, the pool guys Tick and Golf provide you with cold water (complimentary) and are extremely helpful while you lay in the cozy sunbeds looking over the infinity pool and ocean. the (amazing)receptionstaff (Pair, Pond,Bovy)etc. allways make an effort to make you feel special. the beautiful hotelrooms that are always super clean and the beds super soft and pillow-menu.
A million thanks to the Managers Eric and Daniele for letting us stay at your hotel.
The restaurant staff Mr.X and Pepe, etc. are also the best of the best to make you feel comfortable - A million thanks to everybody.
We can only give 5 stars out of 5.

Relax next to the beach

Great location right on the beach in the quieter southern part of Kata, away from the busiest area. The rooms are modern, stylish, and very comfortable, and the pool overlooking the beach is a real highlight.
The staff was friendly, although the service could be be a little more polished to match the hotel's higher-end positioning. Breakfast was fresh and excellent, while dinner was less impressive than expected.
The only thing I really missed was having sun loungers available on the beach, which would have made the beachfront experience even better. Overall, it was a relaxed stay and choosing this hotel was definitely a good decision.

Many thanks for your feedback l5601Zlajs. For your reference, as beaches are public in Thailand, hotels are not allowed to provide sunloungers on the beach, but they are available for rent from some local providers.

A Great Place to Stay with Nice Beach View & Seaview

All members of The Boathouse are friendly & helpful. Everyone at Front Desk & Coffee House are warm & around to help if you need any assistance including those at Housekeeping. The staff are able to speak English which makes our communication so much easier when asking for information. Thank you, Woo.

Phuket gem.

This hotel is right on Kata Beach. The facilities are top notch. We had a beachfront room, which was very spacious & comfortable with an incredible view. The pool is really nice & the area around it, spacious. It has a large gym w great equipment. The breakfast was à la carte, with plenty of selections. We had dinner & the food was delicious with an even better view. Every employee was very nice & made us feel very welcome.
