Hidden treasure

I stayed a month at West Key and would have loved longer. Great one bedroomed apartment at an affordable price. The place is tucked away at the back of Kamala town so you are therefore protected from all the noise and bustle. Excellent swimming pool. Lush greenery to look at from the balcony. But the best thing about it is the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for the charming, smiling ladies who run the place. Can't praise highly enough.

The room was dirty, the atmosphere oppressive, insects everywhere.
Being ignored during a medical emergency is something I will never forget.
This hotel left a lasting scar.

West Key is the best key to start your holiday

Nestled in the quiet part of Kammala
This great place has lots to offer,
From the gorgeous mountain view and acoustic bliss of a near by stream to the great amenities and professional staff, West Key has the benefits of local culture
Without the tourists and busy traffic and only a couple of minutes shuttle bus or ride to the main shopping centre,beach,bars.
Great for young family or just a relaxing couple getaway a great pool,gym,good wifi to keep all entertained.
Nice clean and modern feel with a reasonable price.
West Key one place I will be sure to lock in to my next “adventure in Thailand “

Quite location with easy access to the town

I really enjoyed my stay here. Apartments are clean and in good condition. Every room has a small kitchen and fridge. Hotel provides shuttle service to the beach and supermarket, weekly cleaning and always have someone at the reception counter if you may need some assistance. Overall this is a great offer for long term rental in Phuket.

Away from the hustle & bustle.

Three storey building, each level with a choice of 8 rooms. One larger room at the end of each level. No lift. Fantastic place. Wonderful views. Pet friendly. The place was/is spotlessly clean. Staff cannot do enough to help you. Great shuttle service 1.5km to main hub. The rooms are modern, everything works properly and the place is so neat. Undercover parking is a real bonus. Pool & Gym are size appropriate for 28 rooms. I've stayed at many different places in Phuket and this is by far, the best I have stayed in, hence why I have been here quite a few months. I have no hesitation in recommending it. One word of caution: Kamala is predominantly a wonderful Muslim community so if you are going to sit in your apartment all day, you will cop prayers, 5 times a day which are broadcast via loudspeakers throughout the hillside community. To be fair, it only lasts 2-3 minutes but if you can't handle it, it's best to be warned. Otherwise, I can't fault it. Happy holidaying.
