Good and cheap

This is a good and especially cheap hotel on the otherwise expensive island .
The room was small but very clean. Absolutely enough for me.
There is a communal terrace with free drinks and quick plan.
The port is within walking distance, so you can save yourself the overpriced taxi.

4 day stay for Scuba.

The perfect place for staying if doing Scuba. Only five minute walk from the pier. Rooms were pristinely clean, smart TV, complimentary breakfast and toiletries. Rooms are basic but has everything you need and it is a quieter place from some of the other options you see from walking about the island.

Quietly located in a beautiful garden

In Koh Tao we ended up at Blue Wave house because we wanted to be centrally located near the pier and not in a hostel or diving school. Blue Wave House is located on the edge of the “center” on the main road, but we did not find it noisy.
We even had the room on the street that we could have exchanged for another room after 1 night, but we didn't even do that. We had so little trouble with noise.
The breakfast is called minimal by others, but we thought it was fine. Toast, fruit, coffee/tea as much as you want.
The rooms also have a nice balcony to sit on.
Great quiet choice close to everything. Also friendly owners who will help you with all questions about tours & tickets for the boat etc

Great visit!

We stayed here for 3 nights but then extended our stay! Really good location, right near Mae Head Pier and about 10/15 minutes from Sairee beach. The only thing I would say is at night due to it being by a road it does get a little bit loud sometimes but it’s not much of an inconvenience just incase anyone was looking for somewhere completely quiet. Would defo stay again! Staff are so lovely. Thank you

Amazing stay!

We LOVED it. We stayed for 3 nights but wish we could have stayed longer. The owner made you feel so welcome and couldn’t do enough for you! The room was clean and had everything you needed. The location is excellent just up the hill from Mae Haad Pier and a 10 min walk to Sairee beach. They put on a small complimentary breakfast of toast and refreshments. Fixed any small problems promptly. Laundry service was fab too.
