Worth the price, exceeded expectations.
The room was clean, although the accommodation might not be a new hotel or recently renovated.
But it was worth the price, considering the few red cards involved.
The staff were lovely, polite, and willing to help. This was my first time staying overnight in Surat Thani, and I was worried it would be far down a side street when I booked, but it was conveniently located.
Getting around here is very convenient using apps, and the prices aren't too high.
Breakfast is served here.
But we didn't use the service because we arrived late and woke up late.

Nice and spacious room at a very affordable price in Surat Thani.
This hotel was recommend by my girlfriends friend and I'm glad I booked it for our stay for 3 days 2 nights.
So its a nice big car park you entre by once you parked up, you walk to a big opening of the reception area.
The reception area is big with plenty of sittings around it.
The receptionist was very welcoming and polite to talk to.
Once we got booked in the key was handed and we had a room on the 3 floor.
The room was very spacious for a couple but can accommodate a couple and 2 young children.
The view was the car park from the window and I wasn't fussed as we only wanted to sleep and shower and head out .
Over all I was very delighted with CBD 2 hotel and in my near future I would book again at this hotel.

Would recommend a very good hotel⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
It's a very nice hotel, located by the Lake Liu River, across from a food court with plenty of things to eat, a workout courtyard, a shrimp fisherman's courtyard, a lounge, a Seven nearby.
The hotel is spacious, clean, clean bathrooms, cool air, with a great view of the Lake Lake, very hospitable, very pleasant staff, very impressed, the chance to stay here again.

There are probably better but more than enough for a few nights
Simple hotel that does the job. Large room and bathroom, exceptional water pressure and flow, air conditioning a little noisy but effective. Not all the staff speak English (about half at reception and almost none outside) but we get by and most are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast: the day before you will be presented with a sheet at reception illustrated with four images of garnished plates representing the possible options. So you have to select from A, B, C, D. Well, not transcendent in terms of quality but it stalls while waiting to go to Starbucks or elsewhere. To see if you stay on a Sunday: the floating market, not very far (5 minutes by scooter): "Pra Cha Rat Traditional Floating Market". Be careful not to make the same mistake as us: we initially wanted to book in the CBD (city center) and we ended up in CBD2, on the other side of the river and the bridge which crosses it, therefore out of the way. Not too bad, reception calls a tuk tuk. It's good to help out the first evening but as far as we are concerned, the next day we rented a scooter whose cost is very quickly amortized compared to that of the tuk tuks with somewhat fluctuating prices depending on the drivers and on the same journey without us clearly understanding why (the base price becomes a price per person when paying!).
