Great staff. Good location for couples seeking privacy and quiet with amazing views. Relaxing location if you want to be away from populated areas. On hill or cliff location. Climbing and descending steep hills are required. No immediate restaurants. At least ten minute walk to restaurants. Shuttle service is very good and convenient. Amazing staff. YouTube and Netflix’s is nice. Only complaint. If you as to complain which I’m not. Hard beds throughout Thailand hotels.

Hotels.com advised hotel was supposed to be closed, but reception said its open. I agreed should be closed as unsafe and very dirty... used shavers around the grounds, bottles plus other rubbish. I informed hotel management and they just say, thanks for feedback. Breakfast dont even ask...toilet paper as per photos used to plug holes in doors in the main breakfast area toilet. Hotel location beautiful, could be amazing if clean and maintained. Sad.

The pictures are highly misleading. The hotel is super worn down. One of the pools did not have any water. The room we had booked months in advance was not available due to maintenance but no notice of this was given before we arrived. They offered a different room but it was very worn as was the rest of the resort.
This hotel is good if you are a backpacker, but if you consider booking it with the expectation that it’s a 4 star resort equal to normal standards in South East Asia you will be sorely disappointed.
We ended up insisting to get a refund and then had to find different accommodation on the spot (we ended up a Ban’s Diving Resort which I can recommend if you make sure to get one of the rooms/villas in the hills as the ones closer to the beach can be impacted by the noise for nearby restaurants and bars).
I will say this as a positive: The staff was helpful in getting us the refund including my deposit which was very much appreciated.

Big place on a hill, uncomfortable to get around. The place lies far away from centrum.
Everything on the hotel was more expensive compared to all other restaurants and hotels. They even charge you for water and renting snorkels equipments. The only positive thing is the view, but honestly, you can get it from other hotels as well and for better standards that cost cost less :)

This place rocked. Super helpful and friendly staff. Nice, clean, and comfortable room. The pools are beautiful. All of the food and drinks we had there were excellent and very reasonably priced. All around great. Would definitely stay here again if we went back to Koh Tao
