Resort First Bungalow Beach nalazi se na plaži Chaweng, a nudi vanjski bazen, restoran i besplatni WiFi. Ovaj resort udaljen je 1,7 km od stadiona Petbuncha za tajlandski boks i 5 km od Zračne luke Samui.

Good value
In a good location towards the end of chewang beach, 50 mts from traffic .
Nice gardens well looked after by the staff who are very friendly and helpful.
It does need refreshing up in places but you get what you pay for.
Beach bungalows are detached and semi detached but you don’t know which one you’ll get until check in.
You can hear next door if you’re in a semi detached bungalow, the shower needs modifications to the hose and attachments, it’s too small so you have to stoop.
Large pool with plenty of sun beds but you will have to get your towels down early because there’s a certain clientele from a country who are well known for putting their towels down very early.
Breakfast is busy with plenty of choice but the toast situation is slow.
Staff again are great replenishment of good and clearing up.
Beach is nice but plastic is an issue being washed up but lazy ignorant people do leave their rubbish on the beach.
Overall not a bad place to stay for less £1000 a week with breakfast.

Bungalow view on wall when I booked beach bungalow
The hotel is well the staff who look after the gardens of the beach rooms is very nice polite.
But receptionists are undrinkable
They assigned me a sea view bungalow, the only one of them on the second line with a view of a wall.
For a reservation made with agoda specifying beach bungalow: sea view!!
5 days seen on a wall and the 5th night they offered me to change.
A head-scratching ceases to be so incompetent.
This hotel never again for us.
Taking customers for fools over a month across Thailand were the only dishonest.

Very nicely located complex with small beauty flaws
Perceived as good: no towel reservations at the pool and no more wild dogs on the beach. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are getting old, including flushing the toilet. It is also a pity that the towels are simply folded on the bed, also for greeting (lifts the mood and is a nice gesture). Soap is unfortunately also no longer available, quite useful to wash your hands for a moment. Unfortunately, the really nice pool is now a larger children's pool with water toys and air mattresses in all corners. The bungalows are nice, but only recommended as detached, because with the double bungalows you never know which neighbors to expect. Beach is super nice, clean and big. All in all very nicely located facility, except for the above shortcomings.

Improvement
Contrary to my previous impressions of the “Teutonic Rule”, the reservation behavior has improved significantly. A notice now indicates that reserving the pool loungers is not allowed - this is also observed. Furthermore, the annoying problem with the wild dogs on the beach and their feeding by the guests is obviously solved,

Disappointing experience
Our experience at the hotel was not satisfactory. The facilities are perceived to be outdated and do not meet the expected standard. The staff was generally unhelpful, which negatively affected our stay.
In addition, the assigned room did not correspond to the reservation made, without being offered an adequate solution.
As for breakfast, we do not recommend it. The quality was low in relation to the price: the omelette tasted unpleasant and, faced with a simple request such as having pineapple, the answer was that it would not be available until the watermelon was finished, which is not flexible for such a service. Considering that there are multiple higher quality options nearby, it does not compensate.
In conclusion, we do not consider this hotel to be good value for money and would not return.
