Very surreal experience for my trip

The hotel staffs are super friendly. Rooms are clean & tidy. The restaurant foods are to my expectations. Peaceful & nice scenery surroundings. Definitely will come back & strongly recommended to my family & friends. Cheers

Just fantastic

First of all,if I was to buy a hotel in Thailand I’d be pinching all the staff from the Mantra hotel because they are absolutely fantastic !! Nothing was to much trouble and we were treated like royalty! You my friends made our holiday very special and we thank you for that ! Our apartment was beautiful,very clean lovely views with everything you would need for a really comfortable stay.Our room maid Namwhan was exceptional and the thrill of seeing the different towel sculptures every morning was a total delight ❤️Restaurant staff were so kind,I have a dairy intolerance which when travelling can be difficult but not at the Mantra they made sure they kept me safe and catered accordingly.
Reception staff just amazing, nothing was to much trouble and the greeting on arrival made us feel so welcome Thank you so very very much to ALL of you at the Mantra what a gem of a place … I highly recommend this hotel Mr&Mrs Ratcliffe xx

Highly highly recommend

Just truly the absolute best hotel we stayed at in Thailand. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The views are stunning. The rooms are clean, spacious and nicely designed. The facilities are great. And when we stayed the prices were very reasonable for the quality of what you’re getting. Couldn’t have asked for a better end to our trip!!

Beautiful hotel complex

We stayed at this beautiful hotel in Ko Samui for 10 days and, along with our daughters, enjoyed two wonderful Ocean View Suites with a unique view.
The hotel is perched on a hillside and is therefore located somewhat away from the center and the beaches. However, it takes about 10–15 minutes by car to reach the center of Boput or one of the nearby beaches.
Unfortunately, during our stay, the beautiful pool was closed for repairs and therefore unavailable, which was really a huge drawback. Especially since the hotel isn’t right on the beach, and that was one of the reasons we’d chosen this hotel in the first place—because of its great pool. However, because of this, the hotel had made an arrangement with another hotel located right on the beach so that we could use their facilities as a substitute while the pool was unavailable. We were able to take a free shuttle to that hotel every day, and they would pick us up again afterward. All the staff at this hotel were always super friendly and went out of their way to keep their guests happy.
The only real complaint we have is the long wait times for orders at the restaurant. Everything moves much too slowly. Especially when it comes to drinks and the wait times for coffee every morning—these were far too long every single day. As soon as you sit down at a table, the coffee order is taken first, and it often happened that we had already finished our meal

Perfect hotel.

There was a great experience, excellent service, excellent food, a restaurant with a perfect view, the gap was that the pool was being renovated.
