Amazing hotel on Central Park, to easily access the city. The hospitality of the hotel was great, with service and offerings going above and beyond our expectations! Highly recommend staying here!

Not so flexible checkin time, have to wait until 3:00. The breakfast is so so.

Maybe our expectations were too high but we were not happy with our stay. On the positive side was the location just next to MRT. Also the daily free afternoon snacks buffet was a nice gesture. Room was spacious but felt worn, we liked the big windows and the view though. The bathroom had just about zero lighting making it impossible to put on make up, there was a separate mirror with lightning on the desk but it was equally bad lightning and no use. Roof top restaurant service was slow both when ordering a drink at night (waited 20 min for a coffee and 25 min for a simple drink). We were at breakfast when they opened at 7 but our food came separate and one person had to wait 40+ min!! Overall an ok hotel but I would say more 3-star.

My stay at the Brio Hotel was really good and felt luxurious. The room was thoughtfully furnished and very quiet and clean. The mini bar in the room had soft drinks and water that were free of charge and restocked daily. The shower had good water pressure and was spacious. The breakfast was really good and you had a great view while enjoying the meal. The hotel is also located near the Red and Orange MRT lines so you can move around with the public transport conveniently. A Night Market is also not far away and can be reached by foot. Overall I am very happy with my stay and it was the best Hotel during my Taiwan vacation.

We absolutely loved this boutique hotel! Super convenient, just around the corner from metro station. Lots of attention to details, from unique decor on each floor to the lush towels, fluffy slippers, and the silkiest soft sheets. The complimentary snack and ice cream bar was a wonderful touch. Definitely will go back to this hotel if we're in Kaohsiung.
