Nicely located in the heart of hot spring area. Hot spring on the roof was very nice! Breakfast was good! We will be back!

As hotel is a Spa Spring, it provides necessarily hotel services and item. It likes a 3-star hotel so don't expect too much. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Hotel very outdated the rooms are not very comfortable. Good hot spring pool. Breakfast not worth it

This is a terrible hotel, and I would strongly advise against anyone visiting Beitou for a hot spring experience to consider staying here. The hotel's service is extremely poor. The front desk staff kept us waiting for over 30 minutes just to leave our luggage at the lobby.
The worst part was the condition of the room, which was disgustingly dirty. They never changed the pillowcases or bed sheets, and the room service did a haphazard job of cleaning, leaving used towels behind. Even the outdoor hot spring pool was filthy.
I sincerely regret staying at this hotel and urge those considering booking it to think twice.
