The Hotel is in a bad shape. Rooms have mosquitos, the toilet have a bad smell and it's very small. Bedside there is no socket at all for charging. Did not eat their breakfast as it's from only 7am to 9am. No wifi in the room at all. Rooms are very out dated and old. The ony good is that there is natrual spring bath at the bolcony and also a shower as well.

The quality of the hot spring is wonderful

Me and my hubby stayed at Ayawan resort for 3 nights. The location of the resort was great, against the Zhiben river as well as mountains. However, the property needs to improve the facility maintenance as the buildings appearance looks dated. The good part of the resort is that the hot spring is wonderful and they wash the pool everyday so it is quite hygienic.

A very relaxing hot spring resort

Ayawan Hot Spring Resort is a amazing place for everyone, either you go with your family, or couple, it is extremely nice place to stay. The customer service is very good as well, the staff help us to go to the restaurant to buy dinner, when all the restaurants are closed nearby.

Good selection of hot spring pools, cool pools and sitting sauna.

Well the rooms are good once you get to them. Rooms are located oddly. A few grouped together, like they were randomly built. The hallway had no light, so had to use phone to get our 4 way key to fit in the lock. Once inside, room is clean - small fridge, air conditioning, very firm bed, wet bathroom ( no separate shower). Also covered patio with personal outdoor tub to fill with hot spring water.
We tried to BBQ on patio (with our own portal BBQ), but the flies were sooooo bad. The stiuck trap they gave us worked but there were too many. They offered us a fan, but that didn't deter them. So we moved inside.
Pools open until 11pm, also a lot of shower massage heads. No real food available, but they do have beers and drinks. Also had a good selection of bathing suit: guys 150-180 not and women's 480-790nt.
