Excellent place

I slept in their wonderful hotel for two nights and I was impressed by their services.
Rooms are clean, food is fresh and affordable, friendly and helpful staff and they also provide free and fast WiFi.

Worst place to be

Worst place and music is too loud can’t sleep and too many people causing chaos and fights downstairs.
Service is not good the attendants lousy are too greedy for money .

The hotel was dirty,the service was very poor and to make matters worse I was sleeping with cockroaches not only one but a lot of them were on the bed when lights were off. The moment you switched the lights on you could see them hiding .the receptionist had a bad attitude lol worst trip ever

I have never had a good experience in this hotel

Room a good and clean but the staffs are terible the customer service is bad the reception who was here on 14th dec at night she is worse(very bad receptive behavior)honestly speaking i was disapointed kindly try eligning your staffs teach them good customer service especially the teceptionists.thanks...i woke up this morning and the room licks i dont know where this water came from but it was not good and the air condition was making alot of noise too

Good option

We stayed in the butterfly hotel for 3 nights and were impressed.
The room was spotless, the air con powerful and the wifi very fast.
The hotel is located a few km from the ferry and near the very bustling market. We found it a good area to explore on foot.
The breakfast wasn't great but is included and other meals are available - although we preferred to go into town for lunch /dinner.
