Wonderful location.. Staff are just amazing.. Always making your stay comfortable and fun. Definitely going back.

Terrible, messed our vacation

Absolutely terrible. they are the most dishonest, without any integrity, corrupt. Do not book them.
They will confirm booking, take advance payments, confirm booking and then a few hours before - Cancel.
No reason, no logic and no refunds!

FRAUD ALERT! THE HOTEL CANCELLED MY BOOKING AND NOT REFUNDING THE MONEY

Stay far far far away from this hotel. They cancelled my booking last minute, less than 24 hours from check in. While I was at the airport, I had to book another hotel for my family. Ever since then I am chasing them for a refund and they are ghosting me. They are a fraud. Better to donate the money to the needy rather than this hotel stealing your money

*** THEY DO NOT REFUND***
Booked this hotel and another Zan hotel on Booking.com and cancelled well within the cancellation period. They told me to wait 30 days which I did. Checked Booking.com and ALL correspondence had disappeared! No refund. Booking.com were useless..Emails to hotel useless.
Has to claim a charge back via credit card as luckily I had the back up emails to prove the cancellation.
Look up PiriPiri hotels on Google for years long issues with this owner. A documentary was also made about him.

Excellent value for money.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at ZAN Island Beach Hotel. The ambiance was relaxing, the service was superb, and the personnel constantly greeted us with a grin. The ocean views were stunning, and the property was immaculately preserved. Excellent value for money.
