beautifully lodge nice service environment and the staff worker are very friendly also Kilimanjaro mount view is good its about 13km from Kilimanjaro international airport airport to this lodge I recommend to choose this lodge

The showers will shock you! Literally!

First of all beware of the showers. They are electric. Water and electricity. Lots of wires. What could go wrong? As others have mentioned you're very likely to get a strong electric shock when touching the metal water tab. Several rooms have these faulty wired showers. Beware!!
The mosquito nets are no good. They are full of holes. Bring your own net and sleep inside it. There are many mosquitos in the room.
The bathroom drain was full of hair from previous guests.
On the upside: the staff was nice. Always felt safe. The food was good. It is not far from the airport.

May 2022 stay

Landed in Kilimanjaro, and ended up staying here for 4 nights whilst waiting for my family and friends to arrive, 2 nights on my own. Felt completely safe. We parked our off-road trailers and vehicles there whilst exploring. Thomas, Felix and staff were fantastic and bent backwards to assist us with all our needs and enquiries. Their fish and stir fried vegetables dishes were great! Heads up to order in advance of the time you would like to eat. 7Beers were ice cold! Water for showering was hot while the electricity was on. Good value for the cost!

Nice Lodge hot water in the room clean and good for people they need to stay near the airport staff are really friendly helpful Thomas Filed Nanyaro and Mr Elias Temu I recommende this lodge rainbow executive lodge

Good service, bad accommodations

This hotel has very good service, I met Thomas and he was very helpful, but the services are poor. Internet was always flawless and the bed was terrible... some animals itched me. NO hot water. The prices are lower than others hotels around but I really don't recommend this hotel. I tried the food one night and it wasn't good.
