AMAZING STAY AT THE HOTEL
One of the best hotels we have stayed
Food at the buffet restaurant was simply amazing
Special mention to Hamdi,Abdou and Anwar from the restaurant
The Tunisian restaurant was also amazing
One of the best lamb couccous I have ever had!!!
Room was very neat and clean and housekeeping were so good in keeping it neat and tidy every day
Swimming pools were great and the staff at the pool bar were tirelessly working non stop to offer u the best drinks
Weather as usual as amazing
Amazing and courteous staff
Evening entertainer is a special mention
Sitting out after 6pm outside rhe lounge bar was an experience to remember
Outdoor beach activities were out of the world
Parasailing was my best ever experience
Special Mention to Gehad and his team for the parasailing
In a nutshell
WE WILL DEFINETLY BE RETURNING BACK NEXT YEAR!!!!!

Entertainment and bar staff who go above and beyond
Wow. This hotel is the kind of hotel that you will come back to again and again and again. Not only is the hotel beautiful itself. The staff are what make this place a five star hotel. The entertainment team especially Mino and Rico are absolutely fabulous, they got the whole family to take part and made every day really enjoyable, they are definitely massive assets to this hotels 5* rating and we can’t wait to come back and see them again. From the first day we got there these 2 made us laugh, smile and just genuinely made our stay the best it could have possibly been. The night time entertainment is also just as good as they are really talented dancers and acrobats always making sure we were happy and joining in if we wanted. Atef and Monem the bartenders was outstanding and looked after us the whole week and made sure we always had everything we needed. Overall I cannot wait to return next year. The staff are what make this hotel the 5*hotel it is.

It's worth staying here as staff are amazing!
This hotel is very good, just a bit short of 5*. What makes this hotel so good is the attentive nature of most staff. Ismail at dinner is who you want looking after you. Monem is absolutely exceptional at looking after people at the beach bar food area, he gave 100% effort every day! Atef makes the most amazing cocktails and he always looked after us and was happy every day! Maya did beyond her job, she was exceptional at everything she did! These particular members of the team make this hotel worth staying at.
A few things that would definitely make it better and are simple to achieve. Slippers and a robe plus toiletries in the room need to be consistent. Other guests in the hotel were given robes and slippers and these were changed every few days. We had neither. We requested slippers and after asking twice and three days later , they appeared. I like a wee moisturiser, cotton buds etc
... but you don't get these. Easy to supply so an easy fix.
The wine is not good. Again, an easy fix for the hotel to find a good supplier! Prosecco.... don't ask!!
Would I stay in this hotel again, absolutely!! I loved the water stations where you could fill your water up whether is be still, cold or sparkling - absolutely brilliant idea!!! Staff- almost all were brilliant!! Loved the cleanliness of communal areas and attentiveness of cleaning staff. Lots of activities scattered around and we loved the hotel being filled with lots of different nationalities!

Beautiful hotel and wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.
Beautiful hotel with staff that cannot do enough for you. Very polite, and extremely helpful. Entertainment is constant throughout the day with something for everyone. The cleaning was excellent too, our maid Zara was lovely and so friendly. Food was incredible every meal. No complaints at all.
