The Nin9 LifeStyle Experience turned to be a brilliant experience
My kids and I, are having the most relaxing and wonderful stay at this hotel. Usually I book by the beach but this time around my friend recommended The Nin9 and good he did.
Top notch service, food is amazing and the vibe is so cool. I never imagined I come across a place like this in Tunisia.
It’s my first time but for sure it will not be my last.

The most positive part of my stay was the reception staff\. They were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay\. A special thanks to **Maram**, who was exceptionally kind and professional and made a very positive impression\.

Deplorable.
The restaurant is great, but avoid dish 7. Service is not great and it took 2 hours to get a dish. What a disappointment! And no commercial gesture for the forgotten order.

Nous sommes sincèrement désolés que votre expérience à La PLA7 ait été à ce point décevante. Deux heures d’attente pour un plat, auxquelles s’ajoute un oubli de commande, ne correspondent clairement pas au niveau de service que nous souhaitons offrir.
Nous regrettons également que la prise en charge de cette situation sur place n’ait pas permis de répondre à votre déception.
Votre retour a bien été transmis aux équipes concernées afin que nous puissions comprendre ce qui s’est passé et prendre les mesures nécessaires.

Attention to detail needed
The hotel is architecturally very modern and visually intriguing.
Positive
- Cleaning staff super attentive and fast responding in case of demand
- rooms are good size and bed is comfortable with pillow selection more than adequate
-shower hot water pressure excellent
- security
-gym ( small but very functional )
Negative or at least with load of improvement
- reception bar/restaurant staff . I do understand that people are coming from the hospitality school . Am in favour of giving youngsters the opportunity but a seniors supervision should be present at all time both in the reception and in the food/beverage division
Breakfast variety : for such an international clientele , please review your eggs choice & especially your sweets part that looks very boating and plain . With minimal effort you could do much much more effectiveness.
- room maintenance : my room (129 ) was facing the interior garden with bar and pizza oven . Window was broken and for 2 out of the 4 night I had wood smell in my room . Reported to reception a maintenance guy came but never fixed the issue
- interior garden : although is a real cool place if your room face to it, specially in summer , be prepared not to sleep up to 1 am as the music and the vibe will be on up to then. Not ideal if you have to catch a flight 3.30 am
