Nice holiday

Staying at this magnificent hotel was an unforgettable, positive experience! The grounds are magnificent! There are so many places to relax, and the entertainment is top-notch! The hotel staff is a true delight! Don't skimp on tips for these smiling and kind people who make your vacation varied and unforgettable! This is our first time in Tunisia, and we are ABSOLUTELY pleased with our stay, thanks in large part to the organization at this hotel! We definitely recommend it!

Fantastic experience

First time we've come to the hotel and it's fantastic!
The room is beautiful, all the staff are amazing and the animation team - especially Mario - are great!

Unpleasant experience

Unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience because our room wasn't cleaned and our towels weren't changed. Even after requesting this at the hotel reception, we had to wait quite a long time for it to be done. Also, the air conditioning in the room was malfunctioning, as was the fridge. I certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Amazing holiday

We had a really nice stay at this hotel. The food was great, the bar was very good, and the bartenders were always kind, smiling, and made every drink we asked for.
The beach was right next to the hotel and it was beautiful. The pools were also nice and clean, with a bar right next to them. The only problem was that all the sunbeds were taken for the whole week, so we often had nowhere to lie down.
The animation team was amazing. We played volleyball and danced zumba with Kris, and Omar and Matyáš were with us during the whole holiday and made it unforgettable. The evening shows were also really good.
The only negative experience was with animator Ramos. He was quite unpleasant to us during most of the holiday and almost did not communicate with us at all. He did not seem friendly or interested, which made us feel uncomfortable at times. This was a shame, because the rest of the animation team was really kind and made the holiday much better.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and everything else was great.
